1:1 executive coaching

1:1 executive coaching is our most personalized service - it’s all about what you’re trying to achieve! Together, we will create and execute an action plan based on your unique situation, needs, and goals. In between the coaching calls, you’ll get unlimited support over email, text, and voice messages to ensure that you get the help you need, when you need it.

Whether you’re looking to figure out your next career step, succeeding in your current role, land your dream job, or hit the ground running in a new role, our Founder and CEO Anna will be your partner every step of the way.

EPP Group Program

The EPP Group program is specifically designed for ambitious women who are looking to overcome the challenges of middle management and put themselves on the path to becoming and succeeding as VPs.

The program is focused on boosting your executive performance and developing your executive presence so that you can position yourself as a top performer who’s ready for bigger responsibilities. When you join, you’ll get 90 days of access to the EPP learning materials and our Community where we host live sessions, offer a variety of coaching options, and provide daily support.
