FREE LIVE WEBINAR
Most high-achieving women get to Director the same way - by working than everyone else, staying close to every detail and being the one everyone relies on. But those same habits start working against you when you're trying to break through to VP. This webinar shows you what replaces them: the operating system of a VP, and how to start running it in the role you have now, so that you become the obvious choice for the next level. All without working harder or letting your results slip.
How To Go From Workhorse To Strategic Leader
Hosted by Anna Cosic | Former Director → GM → VP | 60,000+ women have signed up
This webinar is for you if:
You're aiming for VP, but you keep getting pulled back into the weeds of your current job
You have a nagging feeling that the way you work undersells your impact, but you can't put your finger on why
You know you have the talent and the work ethic for the next level, but you're not sure what operating at that level looks like day to day
You identify more as a workhorse than a show horse
You want to know exactly what your stakeholders need to see, not more general advice like "delegate more"
What you'll learn in 60 minutes
Why what got you here won't get you there. The habits that made you the best player on your team start working against you at the next level. It's why your stakeholders see someone this level can't run without, not a future VP.
What they need to see to say "ready for VP." The specific signals senior leaders look for before they'll bet on someone for a bigger job, and why hard work isn't the most important one.
What a VP's operating system looks like. Where your time and attention go at the next level, and how that differs from what has made you successful so far. None of it involves more hours or turning into a show horse.
What to change in the role you have now. The shifts in how you show up and communicate that move your leadership from "we can't run this level without her" to "she's ready to run the next level."
Your presenter
Hi, I'm Anna Cosic - a former exec turned executive coach.
I know what it's like to be the one everyone relies on, and to be too deep in the weeds to do anything about it. As a Director, I was working harder than ever and still struggling to get my promotion. The habits that got me to Director were keeping me there. The rules had changed when I crossed into senior leadership, and nobody told me what the new ones were. I figured it out the hard way, and it took me from Director to GM to VP.
Then I spent years on the other side of the table, deciding who got promoted. I watched the same thing happen over and over: high-achieving women, often the most reliable people in the room, held back because they were seen as workhorses.
Over the past seven years, I've helped 800+ women make the shift from workhorse to strategic leader.
I'll show you what I wish someone had told me when I was where you are. See you there!

Questions
-
Yes. Anna teaches this live, and it's interactive. There's a Q&A at the end, and she stays on after the session to answer specific questions about your situation. It's the closest thing to a free coaching session you'll get.
-
If the next step up is a real jump in scope, yes. The titles vary by company, but the shift from being the best player to leading at the next level is the same.
-
Yes. Almost everyone who joins feels that way, and the webinar speaks to it directly. You won't be asked to drop anything overnight. The shift happens gradually, one situation at a time.
-
More than people expect. Anna has coached 800+ women across tech, healthcare, finance, consumer goods, and government. The language leadership uses changes; what they need to see before saying "ready" doesn't.

Most advice tells you to delegate more and be more strategic, without saying what that looks like. This is about how leaders at the next level operate, what your stakeholders need to see, and how to show it in the job you have now.
